We don't make everything. We choose the best.
When a maker does one thing better than anyone else, we stock theirs instead of making our own. Every product here earned its place on dose, form and testing.
How we choose- Mahoney
Mahoney formulate to clinical doses and test every batch. When they make the best version of an ingredient, that is the one we stock.

What are the best vitamins for women?
It depends on your life stage. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, which matters if you have heavy periods. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. The NHS advises everyone to consider vitamin D in autumn and winter, and folic acid is essential if you are trying to conceive.
How much folic acid should I take when trying to get pregnant?
The NHS advises taking 400 micrograms of folic acid every day while you are trying to conceive and until you are 12 weeks pregnant. Some women are advised to take a higher dose, so check with your GP or midwife if you have a family history of neural tube defects or other risk factors.
What supplements help with menopause symptoms?
Botanicals such as black cohosh, red clover and sage are traditionally used to support women through the menopause, but evidence is mixed and black cohosh has rare reports of liver problems. Herbal remedies can interact with medicines, so check with a pharmacist. If symptoms affect your daily life, speak to your GP about the treatment options available.
Should I take iron if I have heavy periods?
Heavy periods are a common cause of iron deficiency anaemia, which can leave you tired and short of breath. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, but it is best to see your GP first, as a blood test shows whether you need iron and at what dose.
Which supplements support bones after menopause?
Calcium and vitamin D both contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin K does too. Bone density can fall after menopause, so getting enough of these matters. Ask your GP or pharmacist whether you need a supplement, especially if you eat little dairy or rarely get outdoors.
Which product should I start with?
Start with one product for your main goal and take it daily, as the label directs, for a few weeks before adding anything else. Not sure which? The two-question quiz on this page points you to the right shelf, and our protocols pair products designed to work together.
Can I take these alongside medication?
Food supplements can interact with some medicines. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before you start. Always follow the label and do not exceed the stated dose.
