Subscription Policy.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

How Subscribe & save works When you choose Subscribe & save, you agree to a repeating order of the products you selected. We charge the card you used at checkout and send your order every 30 days until you cancel. You save 15% on every delivery (some products, such as Paragon, have their own saving, shown on the product page). There is no minimum term and no fee to cancel.

Before every payment We email you 3 days before each payment with the date, the amount and what is coming. The email includes links to skip, pause or cancel.

Skip, pause or cancel any time Sign in to your account and go to Subscriptions. You can skip your next delivery, pause your subscription for as long as you like, resume it, or cancel it. Changes take effect straight away. To stop a payment, make your change before the payment date shown in your account and in your reminder email. While your subscription is paused we take no payments and send nothing. If you cancel, we email you a confirmation. You can also ask us to make any change for you through our contact page or by replying to any of our emails.

Price changes Your subscription keeps the price you signed up at. If we ever need to change it, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

If a payment fails We email you and try again over the following days. If we still cannot take payment, we pause your subscription and send you a secure link to update your card. Nothing is charged while it is paused.

Your right to cancel and returns Each delivery comes with your usual statutory rights. You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our Refund policy, which also explains how to return a product.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
