Meta-analysis of 19 controlled trials in adults; grape seed extract significantly reduced diastolic blood pressure (about 2.2 mmHg) and heart rate (about 1.25 beats per minute).
Systematic review of 16 controlled trials in adult men; NAC significantly improved antioxidant capacity, glutathione balance and exercise performance, with no serious adverse events. Doses varied.
